Operational Works Certificate Submitted to Scenic Rim Regional Council
The Botanic Team have been hard at work putting the final touches on the Operational Works Approval for Stage 1 at Botanic.
The Operational Works Approval allows work to start on site and is expected to be approved by Council in October.
In the coming weeks, the Botanic Team will begin tendering for our Civil Contractor with works expected to commence on site in November.
We’ll keep you updated in the coming weeks as the application progresses, and the civil contractors is appointed.
